Summer Semester 2027 – limited to 3–6 months
YOUR TASKS:
- Support the Legal, Governance & Compliance team in the areas of compliance and corporate law
- Contribute to the further development of the Compliance Management System
- Create and revise internal policies, processes, and documentation
- Support national and international compliance investigations
- Assist with corporate law matters and M&A projects
- Conduct legal research and prepare presentations and decision-making documents
- Take on administrative and coordination tasks as part of day-to-day operations
YOUR PROFILE:
- Studying Business Law or a comparable degree program
- Confident use of standard MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Independent, structured, and conscientious approach to work
- High level of responsibility and discretion
- Quick comprehension and an interest in legal and business matters
- Flexibility and commitment round off your profile
