Your tasks: 📌

• Support testing activities in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 environments
• Document incidents and user stories, with a focus on identifying recurring issues and trends
• Process standard changes (service requests)
• Identify IT-related challenges and develop suitable solution approaches
• Support the preparation and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and research activities
• Contribute to user management concepts and depending on experience level, support ABAP programming analyses

Your profile: 🔎

• Interest in SAP, business processes, and digitalization
• Initial experience with SAP applications; ABAP knowledge or SAP certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks after the onboarding phase
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
