Your tasks: 📌

  • Support the Global HR team with administrative, organizational, and operational HR activities
  • Actively contribute to the recruiting process, from interview scheduling and coordination to supporting interviews and onboarding new working students and employees
  • Assist with international topics related to visas, work permits, and global mobility, while maintaining and ensuring the quality of employee and organizational data in HR systems
  • Contribute to international HR projects in areas such as recruiting, employer branding, talent management, and process optimization, while supporting the further development and documentation of HR processes and standards
  • Take ownership of smaller projects and independently manage defined areas of responsibility
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and business departments across our international locations

Your profile: 🔎

  • Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study
  • Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style
  • Reliable with a responsible approach to handling confidential and sensitive data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Interest in HR topics and people-related processes
  • Enjoy working in an international environment

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
