Your tasks: 📌

• Support the rollout and continuous improvement of global project governance standards and processes.
• Collaborate with project managers around the globe to track project progress, milestones, timelines and risks.
• Contribute to the development of management dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow SPM.
• Create reports, presentations and communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Help develop and maintain a global PMO knowledge base, template library and project management standards.
• Support PMO and Quality Management initiatives through research, analysis and process improvement activities.

Your profile: 🔎

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and an interest in project management, reporting and process improvement.
• Confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Proactive, structured and independent way of working.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good communication skills in German and English.
