General Information

We are looking for an intern to support our material shortage management through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. You will work with tools such as Excel, SAP BW, KNIME, and Power BI to analyze data, identify trends, and improve reporting workflows. A key part of the role includes contributing to the further development and implementation of standardized and automated reports, helping to enhance transparency and efficiency across the process.

A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available as soon as possible for a duration of 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in data analysis and processing using tools like Excel, SAP Business Warehouse, KNIME and PowerBI
• Supporting allocation teams by updating standard reports and tools
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of existing reports, focusing on improving user experience and adding new functionalities
• Planning and coordinating with process participants and for final implementation of standard PowerPoint presentations
• Assisiting in developing, reviewing and optimizing processes and reports, including data visualization
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in Data Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or similar fields
• Basic knowledge in MS Office, Power BI, Knime, SAP
• Any programming skills/language is an advantage
• Good English and German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills, structured and organized working style
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
