General Information
A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available from October 1, 2026 for a duration of 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Europe Total Rewards team in its day-to-day business
- Preparing evaluations and data analyses and conducting research
- Assisting in projects on various topics
- Providing operational and administrative support in the planning and implementation of remuneration-related processes, such as benchmarking and remuneration reviews
- Revising guidelines and presentations
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR standards, processes and tools
- Documenting relevant processes and procedures
Your Qualifications
- Studies in economics, social sciences, humanities with a focus on human resources/controlling, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and data
- Initiative and an independent, careful and reliable approach to work

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich HR in Regensburg für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
