We help the world run better

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What You'll Build

You will contribute to a high-visibility product rollout that is transforming how customers experience their journey to the cloud with SAP, working closely with product managers, solution owners, and customer-facing teams.

SAP Cloud ALM enters an intensive rollout phase, and we are looking for a motivated working student to support two closely related areas: the Early Adopter Care program operations and the design and maintenance of communication assets.

Communication & Design

  • Update and maintain digital content across SharePoint pages and the Partner Edge Portal
  • Design and format power point materials, including product presentations and FAQs
  • Ensure digital assets comply with SAP's corporate branding and communication guidelines
  • Improve visual consistency across materials developed by various project leads

Customer Programs – Focus On Early Adopter Care

  • Maintain participant lists, contact details, and access rights for Cloud ALM Customer Programs
  • Support customer meeting preparation, such as building agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up communication
  • Support creation of customer onboarding workflows and preparation of onboarding guides and release notes
  • Support collection and analysis of customer feedback through surveys and quality tickets to support product improvement
  • Build simple dashboards to track program KPIs and prepare regular status updates for stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Communications, Design, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Microsoft office package - Figma or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, international team environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication skills in German and English
  • Working from the office in Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot is required

Where you belong

A unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across program management, customer engagement, and communication design, contributing to one of SAP's most strategic priorities: moving installed base customers from on-premise ERP to the cloud within the Cloud ALM product management and roll-out team.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
