To start as soon as possible, part time (20 hours/week), fixed term (12 months)

Would you like to gain experience in Human Resources management and contribute to the digitalization of HR processes? If you have strong communication skills, work in a structured manner, and always keep the customer’s needs in mind, you can help optimise service processes and support HR Services RWE Core (HR SC) in delivering an outstanding customer relationship management experience. About The Role

  • Support the maintenance, further development, and optimisation of our HR portal, as well as other HR systems (e. g., Confluence, HR-Chatbot, SharePoint, and ticketing systems).
  • Contribute to content management and quality assurance activities for the HR portal, including the creation of training materials (e. g., guides or standard instructions).
  • Help ensure and optimise the day-to-day operations of the HR tools mentioned above and provide support for technical inquiries.
  • Assist in collaborating with colleagues from the HR IT departments.
  • Prepare and analyse reports, data, and insights.
  • Support additional projects and contribute to the continuous improvement and development of HR SC.

Job Requirements And Experience

  • A student in a Bachelors or Masters programme in Economic Sciences or a related field.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Offices packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Initial practical experience, ideally in HR, service management, customer service, or communications.
  • A pragmatic, adaptable, and proactive individual with strong IT capabilities and excellent English language skills.
  • Highly conscientious, reliable, and committed to achieving objectives through effective planning, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Dank des Werkstudentenprivilegs zahlst du keine Beiträge zur Kranken-, Pflege- und Arbeitslosenversicherung — nur die Rentenversicherung greift. Dir bleibt mehr netto als in einem regulären Job.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
