Werkstudent/in Sales Operations (w/m/d)
In dieser Rolle im Bereich Distribution erwarten Dich spannende Einblicke in das Daily Business von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung beim Kunden in der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
Deine Aufgaben
- Du bearbeitest telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen von Außendienstmitarbeitenden sowie allen relevanten Kundengruppen, darunter Apotheken, Großhändler und Kliniken.
- Du unterstützt aktiv in den beiden Vertriebskanälen „Großhandel“ und „Klinik“.
- Im Rahmen unseres Projekts zur „Digitalisierung von Prozessen“ trägst du dazu bei, unsere Abläufe zukunftssicher zu gestalten. Dabei übernimmst du Aufgaben in geschäftsrelevanten Prozessen und Projekten, wie beispielsweise dem „One-Stop-Shop“-Ansatz.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Stammdaten stets aktuell und gepflegt sind.
- Zudem erhältst du die Möglichkeit, aktiv an den geschäftsrelevanten Prozessen und Projekten der Abteilung mitzuwirken. Dabei sammelst du wertvolle Einblicke und kannst dein Wissen praxisnah erweitern.
- Deine Aufgaben werden durch detaillierte Prozessbeschreibungen und Dokumentationen begleitet.
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Bachelor- oder Masterstudent/in in betriebswirtschaftlicher, naturwissenschaftlicher oder technologischer Ausrichtung, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Gesundheitswirtschaft.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift).
- MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint beherrschst Du sicher, SAP HANA 4 wäre wünschenswert.
- Die kreative Arbeit mit Zahlen, Daten und Fakten macht Dir Spaß.
- Flexible Arbeitszeiten, damit Du Dein Studium und Deine Arbeit problemlos miteinander vereinbaren kannst.
