Description provided by Qwist

Your Role

Are you a curious multitasker who wants to see how marketing really drives growth in a fast-moving B2B fintech? As our Working Student (all genders) in the Marketing team, you'll join our growing Berlin team and get hands-on exposure across content, digital marketing, field marketing, and strategic brand initiatives. This is real ownership, not busywork; you'll support day-to-day marketing operations while contributing to high-impact projects like content localization, sales enablement, brand positioning, and marketing process optimization.

Working closely with Marketing Leadership, Sales, Product, and other cross-functional teams, you'll gain a front-row seat to how modern B2B marketing actually moves the needle. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented native German speaker who's excited to learn fast and contribute from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive Content Localization: Support the localization of marketing content from English into German, and coordinate translations into other languages such as Spanish. Review translated materials to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and local relevance across markets.
  • Power Sales Enablement: Help develop and organize sales enablement materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing assets, while building and maintaining an internal marketing wiki to keep knowledge accessible across teams.
  • Contribute to Strategic Projects: Get involved in high-impact initiatives like company rebranding, market positioning, and messaging development, plus support research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence gathering.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Provide hands-on support to Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, and Field Marketing on campaigns, content distribution, and events, while partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on joint initiatives.
  • Champion AI-Driven Innovation: Leverage AI tools to boost marketing efficiency and explore AI-driven workflows for content creation, research, documentation, and campaign support.
  • Keep the Marketing Engine Running: Support campaign planning and execution, assist with data collection and reporting, help maintain brand consistency across all assets, and take ownership of ad hoc projects as they come up.

What You Bring

  • Enrolled as a student at a German university for at least the next 12 months (pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field) with availability of up to 20 hours per week.
  • Native-level German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine interest in B2B marketing, branding, content, and digital marketing.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and get comfortable with AI tools and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools; previous experience in marketing, content creation, or CMS/design/automation tools is a plus.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to actively shape a leading open-finance pioneer supporting Europe’s financial ecosystem
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work
  • Structured feedback and compensation processes, and clear growth opportunities
  • Monthly benefits budget for mobility, health, or lifestyle
  • Monthly subsidy for an E-Gym Wellpass membership
  • Modern, centrally located office with a positive atmosphere – including weekly yoga classes
  • A supportive, purpose-driven company culture with experienced and dedicated colleagues

Diversity is welcome.

You don’t meet every single requirement? If you’re excited about the role and our mission, we’d love to hear from you.
