YOUR MISSION:

• Unterstützung der Human Resources Retail Europe Abteilung bei administrativen Aufgaben, wie der Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen, Zeugnissen und Arbeitsverträgen
• Pflege von Personalakten inklusive Vertragsablage, Stammdatenpflege und strukturiertem Dokumentenmanagement
• Organisation und Verwaltung relevanter HR‑Dokumente
• Bearbeitung von HR‑Anfragen sowie Ein‑, und Austritten der Mitarbeitenden in den Stores in Deutschland und der Schweiz
• Abwicklung verschiedener HR‑Prozesse im System Workday, inklusive Pflege und Aktualisierung von Mitarbeiterdaten
• Unterstützung im Bewerbungsmanagement, inklusive Kommunikation und Systempflege.

YOUR TALENT:

• Immatrikuliert im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, Personalmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
• Strukturiertes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Retail‑Umfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit vertraulichen Mitarbeiterdaten sowie Verständnis für Datenschutzanforderungen
• Aufgeschlossene und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office; Erfahrungen mit Workday sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Startdatum: 01.11.2026, Dauer: 6 Monate.
