Job Summary:
The Working Student – EMEA Marketing supports the regional marketing team in executing digital marketing initiatives, maintaining customer- and partner-facing platforms, managing marketing operations, and assisting with compliance and administrative processes.
Key responsibilities include supporting LinkedIn and YouTube content activities, maintaining the EMEA Customer Portal, coordinating marketing materials, managing Salesforce lead uploads and monitoring, assisting with contract and compliance documentation, and providing general back-office support.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student seeking hands-on experience in an international marketing environment. It offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in regional marketing execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
The position is based in Hamburg, Germany, and requires the successful candidate to be able to work from the Hamburg office at least two days per week as part of our hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and coordination of EMEA social media content for LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines, regional priorities, and the editorial content calendar.
- Assist in the maintenance and continuous updating of the EMEA Customer Portal, ensuring that content, branding, and structure remain aligned with the latest corporate identity and evolving business requirements.
- Support the reorganization of the marketing materials warehouse, assisting with inventory management and ensuring efficient organization of marketing assets.
- Ensure content and branding consistency across digital platforms.
- Support compliance processes for marketing initiatives by preparing and tracking compliance documentation, checklists, and sponsorship agreements.
- Provide administrative and back-office support to the EMEA Marketing team.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams), with familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
- Business-level proficiency to native fluency in English and German; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and YouTube, in a B2B industry environment (preferably healthcare/medtech).
- Previous internship or student work experience in marketing, communications, or administration.
- Interest in digital marketing, customer engagement, and regional marketing operations.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud or similar tools) and familiarity with email campaign management processes.
