Working Student for CAD & Mechanical Design Engineering

We are currently looking for a Working Student in CAD & Mechanical Design Engineering to support the development of our Pantala UAV platform at Odonata. 🚀

As part of our engineering team, you will work directly on the development and prototyping of next-generation UAV systems for logistics applications.

Your tasks:

• CAD design and mechanical development in CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE

• Creating and modifying 3D models, assemblies and technical drawings

• Supporting aircraft conceptual design and prototype development

• Hands-on support during manufacturing, assembly and integration

• Participating in testing activities and engineering reviews

• Supporting documentation, BOM management and rapid development iterations

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience with CATIA or CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE preferred

• Interest in aircraft design, UAV systems and rapid prototyping

• Hands-on mentality and practical workshop skills are a strong advantage

• Structured and independent way of working

• Fluent in English or German
