Product & QA Intern (Mandatory Internship / Pflichtpraktikum)

Nexio Fleet is building software that helps professional mobility fleets manage their daily operations and compliance workflows.

We’re looking for a Product & QA Intern who wants hands-on experience working with a real software product used by drivers and fleet operators.

What you’ll do

• Test new features across our iOS and Android apps and web dashboard
• Reproduce bugs and document them clearly for our development team
• Run structured regression tests before releases
• Test real operational workflows such as shifts, vehicle checks, mileage, breaks, and notifications
• Help create and maintain QA checklists and test cases
• Provide structured product feedback from a user perspective
• Help us improve how Nexio approaches testing and release quality

You do not need to be a developer. We care more about structured thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity about how software products work.

Who we’re looking for

You are currently studying Computer Science, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business, Product Management, or a related field.

Most importantly:

• Your university requires you to complete a Pflichtpraktikum / mandatory internship
• Your university allows the internship to be completed part-time
• You are structured and detail-oriented
• You can communicate bugs and observations clearly
• You are comfortable testing software independently
• You can communicate in English; German is a plus

Internship setup

📍 Berlin / Hybrid

⏱ Approximately 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling

🎓 Mandatory university internship (Pflichtpraktikum)

💶 Voluntary monthly allowance after the initial onboarding period

🚀 Possibility to continue with Nexio in a paid role after successful completion of the internship

What you’ll get

You’ll work directly with our Product, Operations, and Development team in an early-stage environment.

Rather than only executing predefined tests, you’ll learn how product issues are identified, documented, prioritized, and resolved — and help us build a more systematic QA process as Nexio grows.
