Aufgaben
- Mitarbeit an der Programmplanung
- Mitarbeit in der Betreuung der verschiedenen Projekte und Gewerke
- Koordination von teilnehmenden Partnern (telefonisch, eMail)
- Pflege von Listen
- Einholen von Angeboten
- Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Promotion-Maßnahmen für alle Bereiche des Unternehmens
- Mitarbeit auf dem Event
Qualifikation
- First of all, bist Du ein Pferdemensch
- Idealerweise studierst Du mit Fachrichtung Eventmanagement | Pferdewirtschaft | hast eine Ausbildung als Veranstaltungskaufmann (m/w/d) | oder hast bereits beruflich Erfahrung in der Organisation und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen gesammelt
- Du bist sehr gut im Umgang mit MS Office und arbeitest Dich schnell in digitale Tools ein
- Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab
