Department Overview
Support our EHS team with administrative tasks for the German location as well as at the European level. You will help digitize processes, structure data, and work at the interface between environmental protection, occupational safety, and modern AI tools.
Job Description
- Your tasks: Administrative support: Assisting the EHS team (Germany & Europe) with day-to-day operations;
- Data & document management: Maintaining, preparing, and validating EHS metrics and reports;
- Process optimization with AI: Using AI tools to increase efficiency in documentation and research;
- Communication: Preparing presentations and documents in German and English.
Basic Requirements
What You Bring
- Studies: Currently enrolled in a degree program in occupational safety, environmental management, engineering, or a related field;
- Languages: Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills;
- Tech affinity: Confident use of common AI tools and an interest in learning and applying new AI tools;
- Work style: Reliable, structured, and independent work style.
