About The Job

Starting in August 2026, we are looking for a Working Student (m/w/d) in IT for our Louis Vuitton Head Office in Munich.

  • Work mode: on-site
  • Working hours: 20h per week
  • Duration: 12 months

Job responsibilities

Tasks:

  • Working with Monitoring Tools, Asset Management Tools, Multi-Platform Endpoint Management Tools
  • Improve existing and writing new documentation
  • Setup end user devices Laptops, iPads, iPhones
  • First level support (with perspective to evolve on second level)
  • Support on IT Projects
  • Installation of computers and printers
  • Work on Incident, Problem and Service Request Tickets
  • Experience with IOS, Windows

  • Pragmatic and hands on approach
  • Spoken languages German, English (fluent)
