Help Us Change the Way the World Works

Build something that matters.

Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe's largest enterprises. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows - helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.

About The Role

A smooth office day comes down to the details: a warm welcome, spaces ready to use, well-run events and technology that works when people need it. As a Working Student or Intern in Office Operations, you'll help make that happen at Langdock.

Workplace Experience is at the heart of the role, so everyone helps with scheduled front-desk coverage and everyday office requests. Depending on your interests and the needs of the office, you may also take on an additional focus in Events or Tech Support, or both.

You don't need previous experience in every area. Tell us what interests you, and we'll consider where you can contribute most. Over time, we'd love for you to grow into the role and expand it in the direction that interests you.

What You Will Do

You’ll help keep the office welcoming, organised and ready for colleagues and visitors.

  • Welcome visitors, notify their host and keep visitor details and access badges up to date.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Help with everyday requests and keep shared spaces tidy and presentable.
  • Keep everyday supplies stocked and hand over important information to the next shift.

Additional focus: Events support

Help with the practical details that make internal events and offsites run smoothly.

  • Support event setup, materials, catering and on-site arrangements.

Additional focus: Tech support

Help keep workplace equipment organised, ready to use and working when needed.

  • Support equipment inventory, desk and meeting setups, deliveries and common tech requests, escalating issues when needed.

You Might Be a Fit If…

  • You take initiative. You notice what needs doing and get on with it without waiting to be asked.
  • You work well in a team and communicate clearly, especially when passing information on to colleagues.
  • You're reliable, organized and comfortable with practical, hands-on tasks.
  • You enjoy helping people and speak up when something needs attention.
  • You're interested in events, workplace technology or creating a welcoming office experience. Previous experience is helpful but not required.
  • You'd like to grow with a role and shape it over time.

Requirements

  • You speak good English. Good German is a strong plus, as the role involves regular contact with external service providers and building management.
  • You're comfortable being on your feet for longer periods and lifting moderately heavy items such as deliveries.
  • You're enrolled at a recognized German university and available for six-month to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester.
  • For the internship: you're available for a six-month, full-time internship.

The Environment

We work together in person from our Berlin office. The office is where colleagues meet, collaborate and host guests, so this role is an important part of making the everyday experience run smoothly.

Details

  • Working student: up to 20 hours per week during the semester
  • Intern: full-time, six months
  • Location: on-site in Berlin
  • Schedule: fixed shifts for front-desk coverage; other shifts planned around the additional focus area
  • Start: As soon as possible
