About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

What You'll Do

  • Support Campaign Planning: Assist in developing marketing campaigns based on business objectives, customer needs, and market trends, including campaign timelines, activities, and promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate Campaign Execution: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaign activities, track timelines and deliverables, and ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and on time.
  • Manage Marketing Resources: Support the coordination of marketing channels, media, creative assets, suppliers, and other resources to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor & Analyze Campaign Performance: Track key campaign metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales. Prepare campaign performance reports and identify insights to support campaign optimization.
  • Support Campaign Optimization & Innovation: Research market trends, competitors, and new marketing channels to identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and develop new marketing ideas.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and will graduate in 2026/2027
  • Previous internship, project, or part-time experience in campaign management, digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing communications.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in marketing, campaign management, and e-commerce.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce is preferred, particularly experience supporting promotional campaigns, user acquisition, traffic growth, or sales-related initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with marketing analytics or campaign management tools is a plus.
