Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• KPI calculation: Learn and understand calculation methodologies and utilize data to calculate and report this data. Experience with ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards)
• Reporting and Data Visualization: Create visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and prepare clear and concise reports to visualize and communicate your results
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data collection, calculation and analysis processes to enhance efficiency
• Collaboration: Work alongside the sustainability reporting team to support various projects and initiatives
• Research and Development: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in sustainability
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Study Field: You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in business administration with a focus on sustainability reporting or similar degree programs
• Experience: Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience through internships or working student roles and are familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite as well as data visualization or reporting tools such as Tableau, KNIME, or similar platforms
• Skills: You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to think critically. Basic knowledge of data governance principles and project management methodologies is a plus
• Way of Working: Structured, organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple activities
• Personality: Communicative, collaborative, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders
• Language Skills: Good English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
