Key responsibilities in your new role

• Focus on the future: You work on post-silicon verification and validation of the latest automotive devices, in particular gate drivers for electronic load switches based on Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistors (MOSFETs), in electric and conventional cars
• Thorough planning: You use automated lab equipment, create test plans, execute them, and verify results together with verification engineers
• Teamwork is dreamwork: You support and work with the team on component verification and system validation activities
• Be creative: You bring an automated short-circuit measurement setup for high-current Protected Field-Effect Transistors (PROFETs) up to date
• Organizational Talent: You support lab activities, including 3D printing

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Study Field: You are enrolled in a degree in microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related subject
• Experience: You already gained knowledge in programming
• Way of working: You enjoy working in an international environment and are eager to learn new things
• Skills: You have basic electronics skills and basic knowledge of measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, waveform generators, or source meters
• Language Skills: You speak German, or you speak English and have a basic understanding of German

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team
