Your Role

The role involves assisting in planning and executing internal communications, drafting communications materials, collaborating with other departments, monitoring the effectiveness of communications initiatives, providing system support, and aiding in data preparation to inform communications strategies.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Thorough planning: Assist in planning, coordinating and executing internal communications, campaigns, initiatives as well as video shoots and internal events; and handle various administrative tasks, such as organizing press events, managing subscription orders, and other related duties
• Keep up to date: Draft communications materials e.g. postings, videos, website content, and help manage our communications activities to ensure that all necessary communications are distributed in a timely manner
• Teamwork is Dreamwork: Work with other departments to ensure that internal communications are aligned with overall company messaging and branding
• Reliable work: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives using analytic tools and employee feedback
• System Support: Assist with media monitoring, including onboarding of additional teams, maintain dashboards, and further developing crisis radar; and support the setup and implementation of AI agents
• Data is everything: Aid in data preparation and KPI tracking to inform communications strategies
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Study field: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program in communications, marketing or similar
• Way of working: You pay strong attention to detail and have organizational skills
• Personality: You have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Skills: You are well versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience: You have first experience in CMS, Photoshop, video editing, content creation and prompt engineering
• Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, both spoken and one of them written

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
