Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a working student in the Backend Board Office, you support our team in driving project management, communication, and organizational activities while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. You contribute with your creativity and structured approach to ensure smooth project execution and effective collaboration across teams

  • Inform your colleagues: You will support various communication activities including
    • writing articles, creating videos and newsletters to share important developments and messages from Backend management with the whole Backend organization in an intuitive understandable way,
    • creating and maintaining intranet sites and databases
  • Experience project management: You will practice various aspects of project management such as planning activities, ensuring their successful and timely completion, even in the face of changing circumstances
  • Organizational talent: You will support the planning and organization of physical/ virtual management workshops and events enabling smooth event conduction and effective discussions
  • Teamwork is dreamwork: You will interact and collaborate with several other departments and functions
Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Study field: You are currently studying business administration, industrial engineering or similar
  • Experience: You have already gained initial experience in the area of project management and/or change management
  • Interests: You are highly motivated to analyze complex business topics in a structured way with a high degree of self-initiative
  • Skills: You provide strong analytical and communication skills and possess proficiency in MS Power Point and MS Excel, knowledge of Camtasia is a plus
  • Availability: You are interested in a long-term collaboration of 16-20 hours per week
  • Language skills: You have fluent German and English skills, written and spoken

Important information:

  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
  • You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
