🍦About Ice Cream Wonderland

Ice Cream Wonderland (ICW) is Berlin’s next landmark attraction — a one-of-a-kind immersive museum where storytelling, design, and ice cream come together to create pure joy. Visitors journey through imaginative rooms exploring the cultural, historical, and sensory worlds of ice cream, culminating at the “Ultimate Scoop Station,” where they create their very own dream flavor.

We’re a startup in the truest sense: lean, fast-moving, and building something that hasn’t existed before.

Backed by a global partner, ICW is now entering the decisive year of design and build-out ahead of our March 2027 opening, and we’re looking for — and we’re looking for a driven Founder’s Associate (Intern) to join the ride.

If you thrive in organized chaos, love creative environments, and want to see how ideas turn into experiences, this role is for you.

👩‍🚀 Your Role

As the Founder’s Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with the founder - Marie Demont - across multiple workstreams — creative development, operations, partnerships, and research. You’ll gain hands-on experience in what it takes to turn a concept into a fully realized cultural destination.

This is not a “coffee-run” internship — you’ll be a trusted sparring partner and the glue between the founder, creative agency, architect, and brand partners.

Expect variety, autonomy, and direct exposure to decision-making: this is a genuine “right-hand-to-the-founder” experience.

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Do

Project & Operations

  • Support with supplier research – prepare comparison sheets, contact summaries, and meeting notes.
  • Assist with operational and permitting documentation, including the educational and cultural concept required for museum qualification.
  • Prepare concise briefing and feedback decks for internal and external partners.

Business & Partnership Development

  • Research and identify potential brand collaborators, sponsors, and product partners aligned with ICW’s concept (F&B, lifestyle, design, hospitality).
  • Prepare short outreach decks and assist in managing partnership discussions.
  • Maintain a contact pipeline and summary of leads, meetings, and next steps.
  • Maintain the budget and cost tracker, collecting vendor quotes and contractor offers. Assist with forecasting or basic accounting tasks when needed.

Marketing & Communications Support

  • Support with the Website Development (Contents and creatives coordination, copy and localisation etc.)
  • Coordinate creative deliverables – photo references, short texts, and presentation materials aligned with ICW’s brand tone.
  • Gather and organize brand content (photo refs, visual direction, storytelling ideas).
  • Help coordinate ICW’s early marketing and PR groundwork: founder profile-building, website build, press list, influencer seeding, and social media calendar in collaboration with digital agency.

🚀 What You’ll Gain

  • A front-row seat to the creation of one of Berlin’s most exciting new attractions.
  • First-hand experience across creative industries, tourism, brand partnerships, and operations.
  • Mentorship from the founder – a senior marketing executive with 15 years of experience at leading global brands.
  • Exposure to top-tier partners (architects, agencies, leading FMCG Brand Partner).
  • Real ownership and the chance to shape a high-profile project from the inside.

🔎 You Are

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s student (or recent graduate) in Business, Management, Marketing, Creative Industries, or Hospitality/Tourism.
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling many moving parts.
  • A strong communicator – you take clear notes, summarize complex meetings, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Curious, solution-oriented, and motivated by creative environments.
  • Skilled with Google Workspace, Slides/Keynote, Excel/Sheets, and comfortable learning new tools (Framer, Klaviyo, AI tools etc.).
  • German B1 or B2 is a plus

💌 How to apply

To apply, please send your CV, a short motivation video note (max 1 minute video on why you’d love to join ICW), and – if available – a brief work sample (research doc, slide deck, or writing piece) to [email protected]

Please note that all applications which are not complete (do not include both a video and a CV), will be automatically discarded.
