Your future team

Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. Join our motivated, high-performance and diverse team in Black Forest. This is a 6-month paid internship, ideal if you're looking to kickstart your career in the account management world!

Your role in this journey

• Support our Account Managers in optimizing their revenue around their vacation rental portfolio. (Upselling)
• Help Hosts get their first bookings after publishing their apartments
• Focus on dedicated campaigns to boost the performance of our existing hosts. (Availability, Errors)
• Answer questions of the hosts around their listing and bookings
• Support the whole team with hosting events
  
  

Your backpack is filled with

• You are studying or about to graduate in tourism, business, political science, humanities, social sciences, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A self-driven way of working and good time management & ownership.
• A positive attitude towards new challenges and an empathetic personality that builds good interpersonal relationships.
• Near-native German and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
