Your future team

You will be part of our Talent & Organization Team, consisting of 24 people. Besides recruiting and taking care of our existing employees, we are huge foodies and are also always keen on spending time together in our free time. From trying new restaurants & cafés to sports activities, we're open to any kind of activity!

We're looking for a full-time intern to start in September/October for 6 months at our Headquarters in Munich.

Your role in this journey

  • Support our recruiting process and take care of your own job openings (job postings, active sourcing, conducting interviews, applicant management).
  • Ensure the talent pool is managed and organized to maintain strong alignment with current and future hiring needs.
  • Support the Talent Management team in ongoing projects such as the implementation of a new Recruiting tool.
  • Facilitate the onboarding days in our Headquarters a couple of times during your internship.
  • Support other Talent & Organization functions if necessary.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Finished or ongoing studies in Business Administration, HR, Psychology or Economics.
  • Previous experiences in Recruiting and Human Resources are a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Independent and reliable working method.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Open and enthusiastic about communicating with people.
  • Excellent English skills; any other European language skills are a plus.

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende

Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich HR in Munich für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.

Wochenstunden

Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.

Werkstudenten-Regeln

Sozialabgaben

Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.

Versicherung prüfen

Internationale Studierende

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
