Working Student (m/f/d) Finance Process Excellence

We are seeking a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Finance Process Excellence team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our efforts to enhance finance processes and promote process excellence.

• Data preparation and analysis using CELONIS Process Mining
• Marketing support for promoting CELONIS-based initiatives
• Assistance in creating documentation for Finance Excellence and ICS
• Creating simple reports and presentations based on data analyses
• Participating in ongoing projects through research and analytical activities
• Developing content for internal communication channels, including newsletters and team intranet pages
• Creating internal communication materials for Finance Excellence projects
• Supporting the team in process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time student in Business Administration, Finance, Informatics or a comparable field
• Practical experience in Accounting, Finance or IT is an asset
• Interest in Process Mining tools, particularly CELONIS and Business Intelligence
• Knowledge of CELONIS, QlikView, and/or SAP is desirable
• Sense of responsibility and trustworthiness in handling sensitive data
• Affinity for digital tools, automation and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
