Your Responsibilities

You will gain valuable insights into Reward & Benefits topics and support the team in areas such as:

  • Maintaining, analyzing, and preparing compensation and benefits data
  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits and reward programs
  • Creating reports, presentations, and analyses
  • Assisting with salary and benefits benchmarking as well as market analyses
  • Contributing to HR projects in the areas of compensation, fleet management, benefits, and employee experience
  • Maintaining and updating internal information pages and documentation
  • Supporting communication initiatives related to benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders from HR, Finance, and other business functions

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study
  • Interest in HR topics, particularly Compensation, Reward & Benefits
  • Analytical mindset and affinity for working with numbers
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Structured and detail-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
