To support our continued growth and drive new business opportunities, we are looking for a motivated Intern or Working Student to join our team and contribute to exciting projects across sales, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on trends in outdoor advertising and relevant lifestyle segments, with a strong focus on sports
- Support the development of creative brand activation concepts in urban and inner-city environments
- Help build and maintain lead lists of potential partners in the sports, brand, and sponsorship space
- Assist in preparing market analyses and executive-level presentations for management and board meetings
- Support sales and marketing initiatives as well as general office operations, contributing to business development activities, and the efficient execution of day-to-day processes
- Confident use of (creative) AI tools for research, ideation, and content support
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High interest in brands, media, creative campaigns, and innovative out-of-home advertising concepts
- Structured, proactive working style with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
