For strengthening at our headquarters in Darmstadt we are looking for you as a

Working Student Customer Service (m/w/d)

Main Responsibilities:

• Creation and issuance of training and webinar certificates for partners and participants
• Maintenance and administration of training participant records
• Processing and handling of returned or corrected certificates
• Handle general back-office tasks
• Report to the Team Leader Customer Service

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Team-oriented, flexible, and communicative
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Fluent German (C1 or native level)
• Good English skills (written and spoken)
• Additional languages are a plus
