Working Student Accounting Marketing (f/m/x)

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You support the creation of advertising allowance invoices via our internal conditions database
• You help review and check completed activations and promotions in close coordination with our specialist departments
• You support with inquiries from our industry partners and prepare relevant information for further alignment
• You contribute to the maintenance and structured preparation of billing data
• You support monthly and annual reporting on invoiced marketing activities
• You collaborate with different internal stakeholders and gain insights into accounting-related and marketing-related processes
  
  

Your Skills

• You are enrolled as a student, ideally in business administration, economics or a comparable field of study
• You are interested in accounting-related processes, marketing activities and working with numbers
• You feel confident using Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Excel
• You ideally bring first touchpoints with SAP or comparable systems
• You work carefully and can prepare information in a structured way
• You enjoy communicating with different stakeholders and contribute reliably to shared topics
• Your English skills ideally enable you to communicate in an international environment
