Your Tasks
Our Digital Transformation Consultancy team aligns IT capabilities with strategic business goals and helps deliver our IT strategy - an important driver of Beiersdorf’s competitiveness in the digital era. As a Working Student, you will support key transformation initiatives, contribute structured and innovative ideas, and gain practical insights into modern IT architectures and digital strategies:
- Support the development and execution of digital transformation initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Research IT trends, digital strategies, and industry best practices to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Portfolio & Value Management teams to support structured, value-driven project delivery.
- Contribute to change management and communication activities that enable the adoption of digital solutions.
- Help develop KPIs and tracking methods to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Create knowledge-sharing materials to keep the team informed about evolving digital strategies.
- Work on real business challenges with tangible impact while learning from experienced colleagues.
Your Profile
- Current enrollment in a Master’s program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Business, Strategy, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital transformation, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and business value management.
- A structured, analytical, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Clear communication skills, effective stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and confidence working in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization, agile methods, or project management tools is an advantage.
- Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
