Job Description
We are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) starting in October to actively support our team in the area of AI Strategy and Adoption across various topics and projects. As part of a mandatory internship lasting approximately 6 months (a combination of a mandatory internship and a voluntary internship is also welcome), we offer you an attractive opportunity to ideally combine and expand your theoretical knowledge with different aspects of practical experience.
Your Task In Detail
- Designing success metrics for integrating AI into daily workflows
- Supporting the development of an AI adoption strategy to promote AI competence across the entire workforce
- Planning, organizing, and executing AI upskilling events
- Coordinating and assisting participants during the events
- Developing and adapting content and materials
- Ensuring the technical setup and smooth execution of events, as well as documenting and evaluating the results
- Communication with internal stakeholders

Here Are The Key Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Student in the field of Event Management, Business Administration, STEM subjects, or a comparable degree
- Confident with MS Office and good skills in the common programs
- Experience with interactive tools such as whiteboards and AI applications (e.g., LLMs, Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Initial experience in organizing and conducting events is an advantage
- Very good English skills (written and spoken) are absolutely essential
- German skills desirable
- Enjoyment of communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
