Nordex is looking for passionate individuals that are willing to have a positive impact on society and the environment. As a working student (m/f/d) you will be a full member of the Product Strategy & Sales Support team.
Your Tasks
- Gather and process market and competitor intelligence to derive business and product benchmarks
- Design, deploy, and manage AI agents and intelligence workflows to automate competitor monitoring and accelerate insight generation across the organisation
- Create decision proposal presentations for our middle and top management on a broad variety of strategic topics
- Support the development and automation of the key tools used in Product Strategy (Excel, partially VBA)
- Collaborate with our team of strategic product managers in their every-day activity
Your Profile
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in business or engineering studies with a good mix of technical and commercial knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and fast understanding of complex problems
- Proven experience with generative AI platforms and agent-based workflows (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and independent way of working
- Strong communication across different levels and departments
- Previous relevant work/internship experience advantageous
- Must be able to come into our Hamburg office weekly
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- German and Spanish skills are advantageous
- Extension to work on a Master thesis could be possible

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
