We are member of the U. S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and the German Sustainable Building Council (GeSBC, German: DGNB). HOINKA GmbH is a company that is specialized in green building services. As DGNB Auditor, LEED® AP, BREEAM Assessor with experience in medium- and major scale projects we carry out green building certifications. Thereby we provide the essential professional knowledge in the certification systems, expert knowledge in planning and building practice, as well as experience in project management, to implement sustainable solutions into building projects econonmically. Furthermore our clients benefit of our experience in terms of: life-cycle-assessments, energy- und thermal comfort simulations as well as product consulting in terms of ecological criteria. Our main goal is the successful certification of buildings according to the established green building labels LEED, DGNB and BREEAM.
