Your Responsibilities
As a Working Student in Human Resources, you will support our HR team in a variety of operational and strategic activities, including:
- Supporting different HR teams with administrative and day-to-day HR processes
- Contributing to the harmonization, optimization, and digitalization of HR processes across various business areas
- Participating in cross-functional HR projects
- Supporting recruitment activities and candidate management
- Assisting with time management administration and HR controlling activities
- Creating presentations, tutorials, guidelines, and training materials
- Supporting the development and implementation of modern HR tools and processes
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and an affinity for digital tools and processes
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Genuine interest in Human Resources and people-related topics

Wichtiges für Werkstudierende
Was dieses Praktikum im Bereich HR in Cologne für dich bedeutet: die Vergütungsregeln, die Sozialabgaben und worauf internationale Studierende achten sollten.
Wochenstunden
Praktika haben keine 20-Stunden-Grenze, ein freiwilliges Praktikum über drei Monate muss aber in der Regel mindestens den Mindestlohn zahlen. Pflichtpraktika im Studium sind davon ausgenommen.
Werkstudenten-RegelnSozialabgaben
Pflichtpraktika sind weitgehend von Sozialabgaben befreit. Freiwillige Praktika gelten ab einer gewissen Dauer als reguläre Beschäftigung, dann fallen meist Beiträge an.
Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
