With a team of 140+ brilliant individuals from around the world, we are actively shaping Yepoda's story every day.

We are looking for a passionate Customer Care Working Student to support our amazing customers and community.

Your Tasks

  • Escalation & Reporting: Spot recurring issues or complaints and proactively escalate them.
  • Data Protection & Compliance: Handle all customer data and communication in line with GDPR and EU data protection standards.

Your Profile

  • You are currently studying, ideally in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required, along with fluency in at least two of the following languages: French, German, Polish, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Prior experience in customer service, community management, or another customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Experience with helpdesk tools such as Gorgias (or similar support software) is a plus.
  • You are empathetic, detail-oriented, and enjoy communicating with customers of all backgrounds – including our many young customers.
  • You are proactive and comfortable taking ownership of customer issues from first contact to resolution.

What we offer

  • Dynamic Environment: The opportunity to work in a start-up environment surrounded by a passionate and dedicated team.
  • Accelerate Your Career: Take on responsibility from day 1, with room for professional growth and advancement as the company continues to expand.
