About WELIVIN

WELIVIN is a Berlin-based platform making it easier for people to discover local services, trusted providers, events and useful everyday information.

We're growing and looking for a motivated, hands-on Sales & Marketing Intern who wants to help shape our growth, connect with service providers, and make WELIVIN more visible.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the founding team, take ownership of real tasks, and see how sales, marketing, and startup growth work in practice.

What you'll do

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and research potential service providers and business partners.
• Reach out to providers via email and other professional channels to introduce WELIVIN.
• Follow up with potential partners, coordinate appointments, and participate in sales meetings.
• Maintain our contact database and track outreach, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.

Marketing & Content Creation

• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns
• Help develop creative content ideas, scripts, posts, Reels, and short-form videos.
• Participate in content shoots, including appearing on camera when comfortable, or helping with filming and production behind the scenes.
• Research trends, relevant topics, and collaboration opportunities to increase WELIVIN's visibility.

Growth & Startup Operations

• Research opportunities to reach new users, providers, and communities.
• Support partnership initiatives, outreach campaigns, and user acquisition activities.
• Bring your own ideas to improve our sales processes, content strategy, and overall growth.

What we're looking for

• You're studying marketing, business administration, communications, entrepreneurship, or a related field—or have equivalent practical experience.
• You have a genuine interest in sales, digital marketing, content creation, and startups.
• You're confident communicating with people and comfortable writing professional emails.
• You're proactive, organized, reliable, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• You're comfortable using social media and interested in creating engaging content.
• You're willing to learn, experiment, and try new approaches.
• You can work independently while collaborating closely with a small team.
• Good English communication skills are required; German is a strong advantage.

Bonus points if you have experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, email outreach, or sales.
