Your responsibilities
- Help analyze existing compliance processes, identify manual or repetitive activities and document potential opportunities for simplification, standardization or automation.
- Support the development, testing and continuous improvement of digital compliance solutions, such as Power Apps, automated workflows, dashboards, chatbots and other AI-supported tools.
- Prepare and structure requirements, test cases, user feedback and supporting documentation for new or enhanced digital solutions.
- Test prototypes and minimum viable products, identify potential issues and help translate user feedback into practical improvement proposals.
- Support the use of structured compliance data for monitoring, dashboards and management reporting.
- Assist with the development and testing of prompts and use cases for Microsoft 365 Copilot and other approved AI solutions.
- Support the preparation of user guidance, communications, training materials and short demonstrations for colleagues.
- Collaborate with colleagues from General Compliance and relevant internal functions, including process automation, IT and other Legal & Compliance teams.
- Contribute ideas on how digital tools and automation can make compliance processes more efficient, transparent and user-friendly.
- Stay informed about relevant developments in compliance, digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence.
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled at a university in Germany, preferably studying information systems, computer science, data science or another relevant subject.
- You have an interest in digitalization, process improvement or automation.
- You are interested in learning about various processes in a Legal & Compliance department.
- You enjoy understanding how processes work and identifying opportunities to make them simpler, more efficient and more reliable.
- You work in a structured, accurate and dependable manner and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative information.
- You are confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- You have Initial experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, programming, scripting and/or data analysis.
- You are curious about new technologies and willing to learn how digital tools can support compliance work.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different professional backgrounds.
- You can work independently while actively seeking guidance where necessary.
- Growth mindset with openness to new technologies and a willingness to continuously develop relevant skills and capabilities
- You are fluent in English. Good German language skills would be an advantage
