Your mission
You will support the office with a mix of recurring and ad hoc tasks, helping keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities may include:
- Keep shared office areas organized, well-stocked, and ready for daily use
- Ensure the kitchen, drinks, snacks, and office supplies are consistently stocked and available
- Monitor supplies and coordinate purchases to keep day-to-day office needs covered
- Receive, sort, and distribute deliveries to the right people
- Prepare meeting rooms and support the smooth setup of office events
- Coordinate office errands and purchases efficiently
- Support employee swag and branded merchandise, ensuring items are available and organized
- Support device and equipment orders, including basic price comparisons to help make informed purchasing decisions
- Prepare materials, print documents, labels, signs, and packages to support the team's day-to-day needs
- Support onboarding preparation to ensure new employees have everything they need from day one
- Contribute to office organization projects and events that improve the day-to-day working environment
- Provide reliable day-to-day operational support across the office, helping the wider team stay focused on their core responsibilities
Professional cleaning is handled separately by our cleaning service. This role focuses on office support, organization, and day-to-day coordination rather than cleaning the office.
Your profile
- A student or someone looking for a small, regular part-time role alongside other commitments
- Reliable, responsible, and happy to take ownership of practical tasks
- Organized and able to work independently from a simple task list
- Comfortable asking questions when something is unclear
- Practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to help where needed
- German at B1 level and English at B2 level required
- Able to work regularly from our Heidelberg office
Working setup
- Approx. 6-16 hours per week across 3-4 days per week
- Suitable as a midi-job, part-time role, or working-student position
- We are open toone or two hiresfor this position, depending on candidate availability. If someone is only available for fewer hours per week, we could also consider sharing the position between two people. This would allow us to divide the workload while ensuring strong and consistent office coverage.
