Intern | HR Digitalization (m/f/d)

Job description:

As an HR Digitalization Intern, you’ll play an essential role in supporting change management and driving digital transformation within our HR department. You’ll create engaging content, facilitate training sessions, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the adoption of digital HR systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• Enhance internal communication: Develop and publish clear, engaging intranet content (guides, process updates, training materials) to support employees in adopting new digital HR solutions
• Facilitate workshops & training: Organize and lead internal HR Digitalization innovations workshops to introduce system updates, discuss process adaptations, and ensure smooth change adoption
• Support system optimization: Participate in system training, assist with user testing, troubleshooting, and ensure ongoing system maintenance
• Create and maintain documentation: Develop and continuously improve user guides, process documentation, and training materials in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with HR professionals, HR IT specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure successful digitalization efforts

Profile description:

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, or a related field
• You have a strong interest in Human Resources and ideally have gained some initial practical experience in the field. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
• You are proficient in MS Office and have a strong aptitude for quickly learning and adopting new digital tools and technologies
• You have a critical and analytical mindset and enjoy identifying opportunities to improve and optimize HR processes
• You thrive in a dynamic and international environment, work independently, and bring a proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented approach
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills. Knowledge of German is a plus
