Working Student - Accounts Receivable (m/f/x)

What you will do

• Support in posting incoming customer payments, including verification of discounts and payment conditions
• Maintenance and review of customer master data
• Clarification and reconciliation of customer accounts, including support in resolving aged items and discrepancies together with AR accountants
• Assistance in preparing analyses, reports, and evaluations
• Creation and maintenance of process and work documentation
• Digital archiving of accounting documents
• Handling of additional administrative tasks within the AR team
  
  
  

What you will need

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field of study
• Basic knowledge of accounting or finance is an advantage
• Fast learner with an independent and structured working style
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP S/4HANA (FI module) is a plus
• Enjoys working with numbers and ideally has first practical experience through internships or previous student assistant roles
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Friendly and open personality with strong communication skills
• Service‑oriented mindset and willingness to support the team
