Your Main Tasks

• Support the design and creation of procurement reports to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide management with valuable insights for decision-making.
• Assist with tenders, supplier quotations, bid comparisons, and contract awards.
• Independently contribute to procurement process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses on current topics and support strategic procurement projects.
• Prepare presentations and decision-making materials for management.
• Create purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines.
  
  

Your Ideal Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Open-minded, eager to learn, proactive, a strong team player, and capable of working independently.
• A strong interest in technical topics and products.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel; experience with Sage is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
