We believe local business will always be deeply human. There is beauty in making something of your own and creating a space around it that you can share with your community.

Even the most dedicated owners can struggle to keep the doors open. Alongside the work they love, they’re managing costs, finding and scheduling staff, bringing in customers and scrambling to get the accounting done, often figuring it all out as they go.

We’re building Super44 to make that part easier. Our AI helps owners run their business, giving them time back for what made them start in the first place.

We’re a small team working from a house overlooking the Rhine in Bonn, building with business owners and learning from them as we go.

Tell stories that build a brand

You’ll help build a brand that makes these owners feel understood. One that sees the care they put into their business and gives them confidence that someone is in their corner.

Working directly with the founders, you’ll turn conversations and creative ideas into videos people want to watch and share. You’ll help shape Super44’s voice from the beginning, with room to try new things and honest feedback to help you grow.

What you’ll do

Get to know business owners, notice what they care about and find stories worth sharing.

Turn ideas into videos and social posts, from an opening that draws people in to filming, editing and publishing.

Learn how AI can help you develop ideas, enhance real footage and try things you couldn’t create before.

See what people watch and share. Use what you learn to improve your work and turn strong ideas into ads.

What you’ll bring

You’re a student who already makes videos. Personal and university projects count.

You can shoot and edit, have good taste and understand what people enjoy watching online.

You’re curious about people and what matters to them. You follow through and learn from feedback.

You speak fluent German, work comfortably in English and can join shoots around Cologne/Bonn.

This is a part-time role paying €24 gross per hour. We’ll plan the work and shoots together around your studies.
