Your Role
- Supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) process by conducting initial due diligence on new clients, verifying their identities and assessing potential risks.
- Support in reviewing customer documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer information and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to date records of KYC documentation, and customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and archival procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the KYC operations team. including data entry, documentation management and file organization.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Team Lead or Head of KYC to support overall objectives of the KYC function.

- Current enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master degree program, preferably in finance, banking, business administration, or a related field.
- Interest in financial services, compliance or risk management.
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC Regulations, and willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis.
- Very good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance academic commitments and work responsibilities effectively.
- Good command in both English and German language skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Desire to develop and grow in the field of KYC compliance, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
