Change the Bank: Project Management
- Support the execution and coordination of implementation projects for GTB solutions relating to new products, systems or compliance / regulatory requirements
- Participate in implementation and remediation projects which are led/managed by GTB Germany
- Analyse, document and optimise processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation
- Support the implementation of a management information system providing regular reporting to the GTB Leadership team
- Support in day-to-day transaction management, i.e. guarantee issuance, payment processing
- Support of Client Due Diligence related activities and related Compliance checks
- Execute data quality related checks
- Create reports for the management and regulators (regulatory reporting)
- Prepare client presentation in collaboration with Sales Managers
- Data Management
Experience And Technical Skills
- Ongoing university studies in Business Law, Business Administration / Finance or equivalent
- Fluency in both, German and English (written and oral) is essential; French is of advantage
- Profound MS Office skills
- First knowledge in Banking and regulatory environment
- Structured and result-oriented working approach
- High level of commitment and responsibility
- Pro-active team-player
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and work in a deadline-driven and culturally diverse environment

Versicherung prüfenInternationale Studierende
Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
