Become a part of the team as a Working Student in the Editorial team to create content with focus on our African American Audience:

  • Create original visual content from scratch
  • Use generative AI tools and image prompting to produce and improve content
  • Produce content quickly, efficiently, and in compliance with our policies
  • Identify viral formats and adapt them for our audience
  • Research social media trends, competitors, and relevant references
  • Adapt existing content so that it feels relevant and authentic to an African-American audience
  • Analyze basic performance KPIs and create new iterations based on the results
  • Respond constructively to feedback and continuously improve the content

Requirements

  • Enrolled at a German university, ideally in media, communication, linguistics, journalism, marketing, business, or a related field
  • Good organization skills and professional English
  • Professional experience creating content for an African-American audience and/or familiarity with this audience
  • Strong attention to detail and a careful, structured way of workingInterest in digital content, editorial workflows, and quality management
  • Confidence using AI tools for content creation, research, or analysis
  • Ability to follow clear guidelines and apply them consistently
  • Basic analytical skills and interest in working with performance data and test results.
  • Reliable handling of repetitive operational tasks with high accuracy
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Ideally, availability to come to the office once a week
