What makes this job special?

As an intern for Infrastructure DWP Support, the key objective of this role is to support all smart Europe employees with their IT related issues and also supports other IT infrastructure topics for smart Europe. This position gives an opportunity to perform well with minimal supervision with below core responsibilities:

 

• As a part of Client Infrastructure, support smart Europe internal employees with their Windows and Office365 requests
• Support new joiners (both internal employees and external consultants) for the smooth IT onboarding of new joiners and setup of email accounts and laptops.
• From Office Infrastructure perspective, support smart Europe employees with the IT equipment in the Meeting rooms, along with the Printer Setup and VPN connectivity issues
• Support smart Europe users with the One Drive setup and issues related to One Drive/SharePoint
• Remote-support smart Europe users in other locations all over Europe
• Manage and support the requests pertaining to JIRA tool and Confluence incl. user management, access management
• Provide support in managing various Licenses (Hardware & Software) across smart Europe.
• Support smart Europe in all IT Hardware related requests.
