Working Student IT Administration (All Genders)

We are looking for a motivated Working Student IT Administration to join our IT Administration team. This is a great opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in corporate IT alongside your studies, in a hybrid role that offers flexibility and real responsibility from day one.

Your Role

• Supports the IT Administration team in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of internal
• IT systems, hardware and workplace technology
• Assists with employee IT support by helping with hardware setup, software installation, user
• account management and basic troubleshooting
• Supports onboarding and offboarding activities by preparing devices, managing access
• requests and maintaining IT equipment
• Helps maintain IT inventory, hardware documentation, software licenses and internal records
• Assists with basic system administration tasks, device management, and office IT
• infrastructure under the guidance of the IT Administration Team Lead
• Contributes to improving IT documentation, knowledge base articles and internal processes
• Works closely with colleagues across the company to provide friendly and reliable IT support
• while gaining practical experience in corporate IT administration

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information technology, Business Informatics or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networks and common workplace software
• Interest in IT support, systems administration and learning about enterprise IT environments
• Hands-on, reliable and eager to solve technical problems and support colleagues
• Structured way of working with good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
