Join us as a Working Student (f/m/d) in Support for our Service Management & DevOps Center Team in Munich Perlach or Erlangen and help us shape innovative IT solutions while you grow your skills in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment. You'll make an impact by

  • You actively support the Service Management & DevOps Center Team, assisting in tasks such as license provisioning, charging activities, and application portfolio analysis
  • Building on this, you contribute to the Siemens IT Mendix DevOps Center by developing and executing concepts to ensure process adherence, as well as supporting the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Furthermore, you help maintain the consistency and quality of our customer-facing and internal service knowledge base
  • In addition, you support service-related marketing by creating engaging newsletter articles and professional PowerPoint presentations
  • Throughout all tasks, you bring your own ideas and suggestions with enthusiasm, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team

This Is How You'll Win Us Over

  • Education: You are currently successfully studying Business Informatics, Informatics, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • Experienced in using MS Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Familiar with state-of-the-art AI technologies to enhance personal productivity
    • Ideally, you have knowledge of SharePoint, Wiki usage, or LowCode technology (e.g., Mendix)
  • Ways of Working: You demonstrate strong communication skills, can work autonomously, and show a structured and analytical approach as a team player
  • Languages: You are fluent in English and German

Studierende von außerhalb der EU dürfen 140 volle oder 280 halbe Tage im Jahr arbeiten (seit März 2024, zuvor 120/240). Ein Werkstudentenvertrag passt meist in diesen Rahmen — prüfe die genauen Grenzen auf deinem Aufenthaltstitel.
